Whenever the provisions of any other statute or agreement require more restrictive standards that are required by this ordinance, the provisions of such statute or agreement shall govern.
Section 121. VALIDITY
Should any section or provision of this ordinance be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part therefor other than the pad so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.
Section 123. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption by the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Lilesville, North Carolina, on
