              Zoning Ordinance

Section 91.     ZONING PERMIT REQUIRED

     No building, sign or other structure shall be er~cted, moved, extended or enlarged, or structurally altered, nor shall nay excavation or filling of any lot for the construction of any building be commenced, until the Zoning Enforcement Officer ahs issued a zoning permit for such work.

Section 92.     APPLICATION FOR ZONING PERMIT

     Each application to the Zoning Enforcement Officer for a zoning permit shall be accompanied by plot plans in duplicate showing:

92.1

The actual dimensions of the lot to be built upon;

92.2

The size of the building to be erected;

92.3

The location of the building on the lot;

92.4

The location of existing structures on the lot, if any;

92.5

The number of dwelling units the building is designed to accommodate;

92.6

The approximate setback lines of buildings on adjoining lots; and

92.7

Such other information as may be essential for determine which the provisions of this ordinance are being observed.

Any zoning permit issued shall expire and be cancelled unless the work authorized by it shall have begun within six (6) months of its date of issue, or if the work authorized by it is suspended or abandoned for a period of one (1) year. Written notice thereof shall be given to the persons affected, including notice that further work as describe in the cancelled permit shall not proceed unless and until a special zoning permit has been obtained.

Section 93.     CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED

     A certificate of occupancy issued by the Zoning Enforcement Officer if required in advance of:

93.2 A change of use of any building or land.
