| 54.1 | All off-street parking facilities shall be designed with appropriate means of access to a street or alley, as well as maneuvering space. |
| 54.2 | A parking space shall be determined as the space required to park one (1) car and shall be not less than two-hundred (200) square feet. |
| 54.3 | Parking areas shall have adequate drainage, and shall be provided with bumper guards where required. |
| 54.4 | Parking areas shall be used for parking of automobiles only, with no sales, storage, repair work, dismantling or servicing of any kind to be permitted. |
| 54.5 | Where setback lines are required from the street, the setback area shall not be considered as part of the parking lot but shall be properly seeded and landscaped. |
| 54.6 | All required parking shall be of such design and location so as to be convenient and readily usable by the patrons. |
| 54.7 | Sufficient area shall be provided within the property lines so that all vehicles may enter and leave in a forward motion. |
| 54.8 | A fence or planted screen shall be required whenever a parking lot abuts or is opposite a residential zone. The design and material of a fence or screen not less than three (3) feet nor more than six (6) feet in height shaH be approved by the Planning Board for the purpose of giving sufficient protection to the resident property owners ITom physical hazards and unsightliness. |
| 54.9 | All parking lots shall be constructed in such a manner that contamination by dust will not exist. This is to be accomplished by concrete, black top, crushed gravel, or other nondust producing surfacing. |
